Title: Roasted Potato Salad #1

Yield: 6 Servings

4cQuartered, unpeeled small
  Red potatoes
1cMiracle Whip
2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4slBacon, chopped, crisped and
  Drained
1/4cGreen onions, sliced
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper

Heat oven to 450. Place potatoes in large baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring once. Mix dressing, eggs, bacon, onions, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes and mix lightly, to minimize breakage. Serve warm or chilled.
